Event collaboration Le Mans ephemeral hotel solutions temporary infrastructure VIP
Successful collaboration for the famous Le Mans race, one of the most iconic car races in the world. It attracts thousands of spectators, participants, and prestigious guests every year. Organizing such an event requires sophisticated temporary infrastructures, capable of meeting the needs of comfort, logistics, and security. These facilities are built for each edition, and the collaboration between ACROPOLIS and WATERLAB Services dates back several years already.
ACROPOLIS, a recognized specialist in the implementation of temporary hotel solutions, and WATERLAB Services, have combined their expertise and made their synergy work, to create luxury accommodation spaces for VIP guests and participants. This project has also consolidated our partnership with Chaudières Location.
Chaudières Location is the specialist in the rental of turnkey mobile boiler rooms to ensure heating and/or the production of Domestic Hot Water in case of temporary need, particularly in events.
WC Loc, also a subsidiary of the ENYGEA Group alongside WATERLAB Services, was involved, with the installation of mobile toilets and temporary showers.
ACROPOLIS asked us to design and install temporary hotel solutions as part of the Le Mans sporting event.
Requirements included en-suite bedroom modules (twin or single), luxury BMW glamping facilities, and stretch tents, whilst ensuring suitable accommodation solutions for VIPs and workers.
WATERLAB Services, in collaboration with the company Chaudières Location, has implemented tailor-made solutions to guarantee optimal management of infrastructures.
We installed two mobile boiler rooms to produce domestic hot water for the glamping showers, flexible wastewater storage tanks, booster pumps, and deployed a complete drinking water distribution for all the cottages, thus ensuring quality accommodation for 300 additional people.
Thanks to an effective synergy between WATERLAB Services, Chaudières Location and ACROPOLIS, we were able to offer luxury temporary accommodation for this unmissable event.
The comfort and functionality requirements for 300 guests of the BMW car manufacturer as well as for VIPs and workers were met. This project demonstrated our know-how in temporary infrastructure management, thus consolidating our constructive collaboration with our two partners: ACROPOLIS and Chaudières Location.
